Dan has over 20 years experience in law enforcement and senior Human Resources management responsibilities. Prior positions include: police officer, deputy sheriff; senior Human Resources/Safety/Security management, in agricultural/farming, manufacturing, non-profit, hospitality, and medical services.

A native of Southern California, Dan earned a Bachelors in Public Administration at the University of San Francisco and a Masters in Human Resources at Chapman University; as well as numerous law enforcement training certificates from Modesto, Rio Hondo, Golden West, Santa Ana Colleges, the Department of Justice and San Bernardino Sheriff Academy.
